1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8jlj ("8jlj," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8jlj online gaming platform accessible at 8jlj.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 8jlj, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 8jlj website.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You have not previously been excluded from the 8jlj Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8jlj or any applicable regulatory authority.

8jlj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 8jlj may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the 8jlj Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by 8jlj for identity verification purposes.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in your account.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 8jlj Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 8jlj employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings or bonuses credited to those accounts may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8jlj login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 8jlj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 8jlj immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

8jlj is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 8jlj reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on the 8jlj Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8jlj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. GCash deposits are typically credited to your 8jlj account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

8jlj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 8jlj aims to process withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's name.

8jlj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where 8jlj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 8jlj Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8jlj does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8jlj may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account;
• 8jlj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• 8jlj reserves the right to determine whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes. Certain game types may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 8jlj Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on 8jlj, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all games on the Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 8jlj does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted;
• All games on 8jlj use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently tested for fairness;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 8jlj will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account;
• 8jlj reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager;
• 8jlj's decision on all gameplay disputes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13 of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jlj Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 8jlj immediately;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 8jlj account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 8jlj staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

8jlj provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players through their account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 8jlj account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time spent playing and the net result of your session;

8jlj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 8jlj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8jlj implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 8jlj cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8jlj will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8jlj Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 8jlj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 8jlj;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 8jlj's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8jlj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

8jlj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8jlj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8jlj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

8jlj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if 8jlj has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 8jlj reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in your account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 8jlj may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable law.

You may close your 8jlj account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 8jlj Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. 8jlj will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 8jlj will not consider disputes raised after this period.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described above.

14. Amendments to These Terms

8jlj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8jlj will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 8jlj Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
